Based on your goals, we will introduce 3-4 main habits to start. I’ll be honest, this is going to feel repetitive and maybe a little slow, but it’s important to build a strong foundation.
Once you’ve successfully incorporated a few habits, we can begin to “stack” them and this is when you start to see that long-awaited progress.
The number one thing I can do for you is hold you accountable to your goals. After all, you didn’t commit to this not to see results. So I’ll be there to hold you accountable and encourage you along the way!
