What are we going to cook?

When we collaborate on a recipe - we can choose something healthy OR something a little more decadent but fun (ie dumplings or pizzas). Dietitians eat all foods, after all! There is always room in your diet for the ‘fun foods.’

How long is the class?

No - Lindsey's ingredients, time and instruction are all covered in the fee.

Depends on how chatty we are and how complex the recipe is! Typically from 45-75 minutes with the average being approximately 1 hour.
